Welcome to the Annual Spook Show!


Spook Show goers have embraced our festival as an opportunity for early Halloween revelry with other enthusiasts. It's been said that the morning of, you'll be overwhelmed with the special spirit that permeates the Spook Show. Thank you for signing up, we know it'll only be ghoul times that day!

HALLOWEEN CLUB WILL PROVIDE

     - Tent space. If you require a different tent space than previously requested, please refer to our breakdown here to ensure appropriate payment is made ASAP. 
     - Halloween Club's standard outdoor lighting. 
     - Electricity outlets (extra charge for electricity).
     - Help with promotion of your goods/services.
     -Special Halloween Club costume superstore discount.

You'll need to provide your own tarps, canopies, wires, tables, chairs, furniture. It'll be your full responsibility to ensure that your booth is properly secured and manned throughout the duration of the event. To ensure a clean and safe time for everyone, you'll be required to maintain a waste-free environment. You'll be getting a designated spot and time for setting up as the event gets closer. Per your Terms & Conditions Acknowledgement checkoff (found in initial application) you have agreed to respect loading times and designated pathways. You may not arrive late to unload at entrance of the store. More information in our FAQs page.


EVENT PROMOTION
We'll be doing promotion, advertising and emailing, but your success at the Spook Show depends on you too. You're essentially inviting everyone you know to come see your goods and celebrate Halloween with you!

Your participation agreement requires that you help promote the Spook Show. Share the event up on your social media profiles, emailing lists and invite your own set of friends and family. It's a win for everyone!

LIABILITY RELEASE FORM

Liability release is found on the registration form this year. 

 



REGISTRATION FEES
Payment is required immediately. If payment hasn’t been made within 2 days, a $60 late charge will incur - or you may lose your reservation and go into the vendor waiting list altogether. Absolutely no exceptions. These fees are to reserve your spots only. You'll also need to promptly sign the vendor liability form to complete your confirmed participation in the event. Cancellations will not be refunded. No exceptions.

$150* 10x10ft tent space Non-refundable. It’s imperative exact dimensions be provided of tent space so we make appropriate accommodations. If space greater than a 10x10 ft space is required, please see below.
$200* 10x15ft, 12x12, 12x15ft tent space Non-refundable. It’s imperative exact dimensions be provided of tent space so we make appropriate accommodations. Exact dimensions are required at signup time.
$300* 10x20ft tent space Non-refundable. Exact dimensions are required at signup time.
$400* Greater than a 10x20ft tent space Non-refundable. Exact dimensions are required at signup time.
$300* Food vendors Non-refundable. Exact dimensions of truck are required at signup time. Copy of license and permit will also be required.

Late fee Non-refundable. You must make payment within 2 DAYS of receiving your acceptance confirmation email. 
$100 Shared booth spaced for any sized booth. Non-refundable. Vendor application must be filled out twice. It’s imperative exact dimensions be provided of tent space so we make appropriate accommodations. 
$100 Requests for placement Requests for placement near another vendor.
$30 Electricity Non-refundable. Up to 5 amps. Please ensure to bring long cables.
$10 WiFi Non-refundable.
